He opened my hood, nodded like he was understanding the secrets of the universe, then poked a totally random part and said, "Yep, that's your problem." When I asked what the problem was, he said and I quote, "Mechanic stuff." Thirty minutes later my car was making a new sound I can only describe as "haunted dishwasher screaming into the void." I asked him if that was normal and he said, "Cars make noises." Then he charged me an amount of money so offensive I think it might be a hate crime against my bank account. He drove away. My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it. Took the key from the locksmith and wouldn't give it to me until I paid my bill. Which is what I showed up at 6 pm to do. Unfortunately, I only received one of the key fobs I gave them. Waiting a minute for them to recover the key from where they think it may be. (In another clients car under the engine cover) they have to replace my viper alarm fob as well. My father, an army veteran, asked her if they provided discounts and she said "Lets see!, Lets see!" My father asked her what she meant by that and she would not answer him. She would not answer my father. She then told my father he could go somewhere else. We decided to leave and she scartasically said "Happy Holidays!" I ended up going to PENN MUFFLERS in Pennsauken, where they treated my father with respect and right off the bat told him they did give Veteran's discount which they applied to the bill.
