I had originally made an appointment through the Pep Boys site for 4 new tires to be changed after they were delivered from Tire Rack. I called in to confirm the appointment and they said they could not do that time, so I rescheduled 2 days later for 1 PM. When I came in the guy working the desk had no idea what I was talking about even though I had done the same thing twice with their store in the previous years. When they finally located the tires I was told it would be about 3 hours for change and alignment. While I was waiting they were playing some stupid sounds on their phone and complaining that workers were taking breaks without telling them. I decided to get a ride home and waited. When I had left at around 1:30 PM they still had not even brought the truck into the bay. Since I wasn't given the courtesy of a call to tell me they were running behind, 4 hours later I called and they said their workers had been taking breaks which was causing the delay and had just got the tires off and that I also needed new brake pads., which turned out to be false since they were actually talking about a completely different car. I told them to cancel the alignment and I would have someone else do it. That and I had gone through this site and read all the nightmare reviews from other customers. The truck was finally done 5 hours after the original appointment time for merely changing 4 tires. I would give this place below zero stars if I could and will never ever use it again. 5 HOURS TO PUT ON NEW TIRES IS COMPLETELY INEXCUSABLE!

Every place I called they either didn't do body installations or they wanted to see the trucks to see if they can do the work. I was definitely calling all the wrong places. Either you do body installations or you don't. After so much struggle I found Hainesport Enterprises through a google search. They are located on Route 38 in Hainesport, NJ. The person I dealt with on the phone was one of the owners named Keith. He sounded confident and I decided to bring our trucks in. From the moment I stepped foot into their shop to the moment we left with our trucks I was completely satisfied and confident they would get the job done right and on time. A little about Hainesport Enterprises: They repair cars, trucks, vans, heavy duty trucks and specialized/custom trucks. They have an auto body shop for both cars and trucks. Federal inspections for trucks can be done here also. They have the best welders in all of south jersey. They install van bodies, refrigerated bodies and literally any type of truck body you can imagine. Repairs and custom work are their specialty. Tired and Rims can be done here as well. Want a lift gate installed? Not a problem. This place is truly a one stop shop. Need parts? They have a parts department with any part you could need. If not in stock they will order it for you. Tool boxes can be installed as well. Cab and chassis painting. They did a great job on our trucks. The work is professional and everyone there is friendly. A little about one of the owners, Keith. He is one of the most detail oriented owner of a shop I've ever met. He is hands on and present at the shops everyday! They are closed on Sunday by the way. Keith paid close attention to all the work we needed. Step by step and anything we needed he never said no. Now you have to keep in mind that the work will not be cheap. If you want cheap shoddy work just to save a buck then pay big time down the road this is not that kind of place. They charge accordingly to the work that they do. I was present daily with all our trucks and believe me the work is not easy and very time consuming. I want to thank Keith and the entire Hainesport Enterprises for all their hard work!!! I went in and shared what I thought was the issue on 2 occasions a week apart. Each time, they correctly and quickly identified the issue. Anthony was very stand up about the work that needed to be done and didn't just tell me, he invited me back into the shop to show and explain the issues. All told, I had my alternator, struts, sway bar links and tires replaced quickly and without issue. Additionally, for those worried about estimates they might give, they may say estimate, but that ended up being what I paid both times. There wasn't additional cost and there very clear about being greenlit before doing any work. And on top of it all, Anthony offered me a ride back home while the work was being done and then picked me up upon completion.
