I went there for lunch today. The staff was accomodating and found us a table for 2 next to the line, by the kitchen. Although I was pretty excited about that place, with a good atmosphere and good decoration, I was highly disappointed by the kitchen.
My friend and I ordered two burgers, which is pretty easy, normally.
We waited for 45 mins before getting our burgers. Mine came with no fries as the kitchen had run out of fries (never had heard that in my life...) and no replacement was suggested to me. I had to ask for some pasta that never came. My friend's burger had waited on the line for 20 mins so it was cold. When we asked for the kitchen to warm up the patty, we were horrified by seeing how the cook handle the meat with bare hands and in a not-very-hygienic way. We were on the verge of leaving and head to McDonalds but had to do with what was served to us since we had no time left before going back to work.
Apparently the head chef was sick today, and we were offered coffee as an apology...
(The table next to us had been waiting for over an hour for an omelette, a salad and a chicken that finally came with ... fries! Not everybody is equal in the French fries world)
