The technician had a faulty device. We had 2 hours to find a replacement device and get it to our technician before they were scheduled to leave on a flight back to Arizona. It was what I thought at the time, an impossible task, but this is a very large client of ours, and we needed to everything possible to try and make it happen. I purchased a replacement device from a supplier of ours in Austin and needed someone to deliver it to our technician, and deliver it in time. I contacted Mr. Hot Shot and from the moment he answered, I got the feeling that he was willing to help in any way he could. We both knew the timeframe I was under was tight, and before I was off the phone with him, he had dispatched a driver to go pick up the replacement device. The driver delivered it to our technician with a handful of minutes to spare, we got the installation completed and our technician made is plane flight back to Arizona. I cannot be more thankful to Mr. Hot Shot. The best way I can thank him is to leave this review in the hopes that others see it and put your trust in him.
