I had an appointment to correct a bad haircut and a color. Correction, I drove 30 minutes to be told that the hairstylist had an emergency and he had texted me, but I never received any text and the owner. Whoever she was told me oh well he is dyslexic but we can book you for next week. I don't want an appointment next week matter fact I never wanna come back to that place that was super unprofessional. A phone call would've been nice so I didn't drive all the way out there and waste my time and I could've found another place. and plus the place did not look very clean. Honestly, i've worked in Customer Service for over 25 years and this was completely unacceptable. If your hairstylist had an emergency then you find another hairstylist and if you can't do that, you need to call. read more

Julie is THE BEST. she is the only person i've ever trusted with my hair. she gets me in quick, she asks what i need, i let her know what i want and she gets it. she's super quick, one of my favorite things about her. she does your hair just the way you want it, even better. she knows what she's doing. not only is she incredible at hairstyles/haircuts, she's easy going to talk to and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. the establishment itself is fun and open. i can't recommend bit of heaven enough, and again, go see Julie! read more

I would be cautious about this salon. My relative booked an appointment for graduation, and her hair ended up chemically damaged and breaking off. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she was told to figure it out on her own. If you have sensitive hair or skin, I would avoid this place. read more

Just WOW. I really can not say enough fantastic things about this place. Every staff member and even other clients that were in there were extremely friendly and warming. I walked in to the facility a few days ago to make an appointment. Anthony was with another client but was more than happy to make me an appointment and listen to what I was looking for. I pretty much left it up to him to come up with the final look. He is very quick and I just love the style I was given. So easy. Sue gave me a gel polish pedicure and a lovely coffin acrylic set. The length and shape is perfect! She really takes her time to make sure the look is right. I appreciate her opinions with me about which shape to get, and she was honest with me about her ability to complete the design I wanted. Horrible service they scheduled me for 4pm and when I told them I get off work at 4pm and it's about a 20 min drive they assured me that it would be okay not a big deal I said great fast forward to the day of my appointment I get off at 4 call them at 4:10 to let them know I was almost there just for them to tell me they couldn't take me and I was shit out of luck. I love clarifying I was going to be exactly 20 mins late and being assured it was okay to then getting to told to fuck off, absolutely horrible would not recommend even if there work was excellent you should always be honest when scheduling clients read more

Me and my family have been coming here for quite awhile and Julie has been the absolute best, very accommodating and welcoming! We love her! My sister recently made a hair appointment and from what we were told Miranda specializes in that area. So she booked with her, my sister's first appointment came and Julie had called and asked if it was okay if they can push the appointment back by an hour and my sister was willing to accommodate them. A personal emergency came up within that hour and she was 20 minutes late for her first appointment, so she did have to reschedule. Her second appointment came and we arrived 10 minutes early, for Miranda to tell us that one of the employees removed my sister off her schedule and booked someone else. Her demeanor was very predictable, I seen it coming it's as if she just didn't want us to be there. She did not know what was going on between her bookings, very unorganized. It was just a bit odd because I'm a young entrepreneur who has clientele of different races and ethnicities, and I know exactly who's booked with me that exact day and time frame. I asked if anything can be accommodated and Miranda chuckled a bit and said no, she couldn't even accommodate a re-book. That was just a very disappointing and very unprofessional experience. Went in today with my daughter 7m and my mother in law.not only was it not friendly place,very unorganized. The health department was in there and wrote 2 lady's up for unclean nail containers. They had the health department lady speak in front of all customers. It was very awkward and very unprofessional to discuss what they did in front of customers. So this place was recommended by someone so I decided to check it out. I had a bad experience at Walmart when I got my haircut so I decided to try someplace new. Low and behold when I walked in the same girl that messed up my hair at Walmart works at Bit of Heaven. She is the one that cut my hair. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and allowed her to cut my hair again. Of course I never know if it is actually cut right until I go home and straighten my hair. It is uneven and I do not like it. I should have known that she would mess up my hair again. Ladies if you go there do not allow a blonde hair girl named Tanya cut your hair. She needs a lot more practice. It really sucks because I am getting married in 5 weeks and I really wanted my hair to look good. I give up. I am not letting anyone touch my hair again. I had to give it a star but I didn't want. She didn't even tell me how much the haircut cost. I gave her $100 bill and she brought me back $80 and took $20. I tipped her $7 but had I known after styling my hair that it was uneven I would not have tipped her at all. read more

She over charged us!! Scheduled 2 pedicures (one female & one male) and they were done back to back, not simultaneously ! No foot bath, she had portable tubs of warm tap water. The only thing she did was cut and shape our nails. She did not massage our feet or legs and we did not get a hot towel wrap. She did not use a base coat or top coat when she did my polish. She said the charge was $52.00. We said to add $10.00 for a tip. When I got the receipt, it showed $72.00. I texted her and asked her to adjust it to $62.00. She never did. Do not go here if you decide you want them to mess with blonde in your hair! I got my hair highlighted by Paige but she was so scared to touch my hair and kept asking her mother in law who was the manager or owner how it looks like 4 times throughout my hair session. She kept saying "your hair won't catch blonde" but the front was super blonde and the back was caramel. She is NOT someone to go to! She doesn't have enough experience. I went to Bit of Heaven and had a great experience.. The stylist Tanya was very good and did exactly what I asked her too.. The cut was great. I am a PE teacher so I don't have a lot of time in the day to get in to get my hair cut. I called and she got me in a out quick and did a wonderful job. No wasting time.
