She was always quick to answer any questions I had. Her and her entire team are reliable, professional, and friendly! Both lunch menus they created were different and delicious. Our guest raved about the exceptional taste, and the quality of the lunches. One day was a Mediterranean buffet, and the second day was a Mexican food Buffay. We also used them to cater our bar. The catering choice was a tough one for us because good food was basically our top priority. From the very beginning, Becky was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She crafted (and re-crafted, and re-crafted, and re-crafted) a menu that was absolutely perfect to our personal taste, and she patiently handled every weird change we came up with along the way. She even perfectly recreated our favorite appetizer from a restaurant in Bryan! And when I mentioned I wanted to rent a popcorn machine, she immediately offered to provide popcorn/oil/mix-ins/seasonings, her staff to run it, and bags for the popcorn. Becky was also SO responsive. Sometimes I'd send a frantic late-night email (expecting to hear back in normal business hours over the next few days), and she'd respond that night! We felt so comfortable with her immediately because she's friendly, warm, and passionate about making your event perfect. One of the saddest parts about our wedding being over is that we won't get to keep seeing/bothering Becky! The staff and food were also excellent on the night of our wedding. Every single person I spoke to raved about the food. The staff was so attentive to my husband and I, constantly checking if we needed any more food, and they packaged up a bunch of leftovers for us. I can't recommend them enough, we are just so thrilled with how it all turned out.

Not to mention at an extremely reasonable cost. I am part of a company, and they catered for our Holiday Luncheon; I manage events and can't tell you how much I love a helpful vendor. They show up with enough time to get everything set up, literally do 100% of that themselves; and all I had to do was point a finger to where they could set up and the folding tables we had set aside for them to do so. They have an excellent set up, we got the tea service (which I highly recommend), dessert (an array of delicious pies) and then a Roast Beef Buffet, with sides of Mashed Potatoes, Delicious Roasted Broccoli and a Corn Casserole! Every single item is thoughtfully prepared and so yummy! They were extremely considerate of our dietary limitations, ensuring a vegan item (quinoa and tofu dishes) on the buffet to ensure our staff members in need got to enjoy every moment as much as the rest of us (who will eat anything!). They set up the tables festively for the upcoming holiday, which matched well with our existing decor. They kept all items hot throughout the entire two hour event; not only did they never run out of food for our group of over 100, they left us a number of to-go boxes and the pies for our staff members to bring home or enjoy in office :)! This is professional service at its best, and literally brings home cooking (of whatever you are looking for) to your crowded table for a great event. And what's better is that they do it all - get ready not to lift a finger and expect to please every guest at your event! They took care of all the rentals and hiring a bartender and the cleaning up. They also provided cake cutting service. They gave me the service that would be expected from a full-service resort, but on my rather small budget. Ever since my wedding, I hoped that they would open a restaurant. Unfortunately I haven't made it to their place since they're only open at lunch and I work on the other side of town. But if their restaurant is anything like their catering, then it's definitely worth going!

The sandwiches are huge, and they even had gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Forget about pizza or stale box lunches, their subs are the best I've had since I left the east coast. I decided on the Israeli menu which included shakshuka, tahini, hummus, fresh baked challah rolls and pita bread, baba ghanoush, pickles and olives, Labbane cheese & Za'atar, borekas-potato, mushroom, cheese and a selection of Babkas (sweet rolls, danish.) All said the food was outstanding. "Best tabbouleh I've ever had!" "The shakshuka & hummus is amazing!" "The challah rolls taste like my homemade challah!" "Best pita!" The breads are truly freshly baked! Galit, the owner, is originally from Jerusalem, & is a pleasure to work with. Galit packed the leftovers for my daughter and son-in-law after the event. She left burning sternos in a cooler until a child noticed and spoke up. The caterer went from 0 to 10 when dealing with the situation. She used severe profanity in front of the client and stormed out. I would go as far as to say my contact was verbally assaulted.
