We used their VConference platform for our online symposium in October 2020. It was one of the worst experiences I've had working with a company in terms of the almost non-existent tech support and reluctant customer support. Before and during our online event, their staff either responded to help requests after a delay of hours, sometimes for days and in most cases, they never responded to requests. It took HOURS for them to respond to requests for real-time tech support while our event was live. And then we were getting notices from their tech support team a WEEK after the event ended telling us that our requests for tech support were in the queue to be answered. Overall the design of their platform is clunky and hard to navigate. For example, the Q and A option for individual sessions were shown in one continuous feed so that attendees logging into the start of a session saw the entire scrolling questions and answers from the previous session. And there is no thread option so all questions and responses are just presented as a long list making it almost impossible for anyone to trace a response by a presenter back to the original question. The home page for our event (which featured five concurrent tracks) was displayed in such a way that only three tracks were visible and there was a teeny tiny little arrow in one corner that you had to use to scroll right to see the entire program. I could go on but I can't recommend this company. Their approach to customer support was some of the worst I've ever encountered in 27 plus years of event coordinating. read more

If only there was a 0-star option, that would be a more accurate portrayal of the customer service I experienced with this company. I was part of a team who used Bits on the Wire as the e-host for our conference event and so spent months of my precious life dealing with their shoddy excuse for email support, which included such winning shenanigans as 1. altogether ignoring my constant requests for assistance navigating their rather archaic platform (which looks as if it was last updated when Geocities and MySpace were a thing) 2. telling me to ask my team for help coding the back end of their platform since it lacks the capability to make basic changes, such as font size or general appearance 3. replying to my inquiries with a bizarrely parroted copy and pasted version of my own questions...with no answers or responses from them 4. having the utter gall to email me days after our event telling me my request for urgent assistance could not be handled due to the fact that...they did not know the answer to my questions. No duh! Beware - choose Bits on the Wire and you will very literally get that: tiny little bits of assistance scattered here and there on a very thin wire of outdated internet circa 1999. read more

Eco friendly products are great if they do the job. In this case, they did not. Our shower tile grout was "cleaned" and looked about 20% better than before the cleaning. They called, took their time talking with me, answered my questions prior to accepting the assignment. I enjoyed the assignment so well, I stayed for just over 2 years, until it ended. If there was ever an issue with anything, there was someone there to help get it get resolved (ie: payroll, questions, etc.). This was one of the best jobs I ever had. Enjoyed every day I worked. The first 6 months of the assignment, they would call to see how things were going at least once a month. They always made sure EVERYTHING was going well for me. This is probably the ONLY agency I would ever recommend working for in the Tucson area. While working for them, they offer some benefits. The medical benefit is a legit and good PPO (an HSA is also offered, if you want that option). They also have dental, vision, and life insurance available.

They pull the whole bait and switch with "We have a job for you!" and when you go in they say sorry we have nothing, then never call you again. I figured this would be the case when this agency contacted me randomly after finding my resume on Indeed. The pay was outstanding, the job description was vague, the timeframe was also vague. It sounded too good to be true so I was definitely skeptical. I contacted them to give them the benefit of the doubt. I met with one of their headhunters on a Wednesday, interviewed on Friday and started on Monday. Since then any questions I have are answered within the day, everyone is super attentive and nice. I've gotten a few check ins here and there to make sure everything is still going good. They seems to genuinely care from the beginning to placement and afterwards. I hope I can work with them again in the future.

He was able to remote into my system solve an issue I was having with my printer. I switched to panoramic Wi-Fi and the issues began. I loved his calm demeanor and how he related to me at my level without using computer jargon which can have a tendency to confuse. I would recommend this company to anybody needing help with computer issues.

Tina made it seem like they would help and yet it had been a month and I have yet to hear from them. Not even a check in email or call like I was told. I would never recommend using them. Your beat bet is to use Indeed and not waste your time using them. All talk no action. I had to do all the foot work even applying for jobs on their website and was told I wasn't qualified enough to apply. I don't know how one who bas a degree isn't qualified enough when many of their jobs were entry level... doesn't require a whole lot... One lady I talked to in the HR department who was rude in her email interactions. Tina also told me to send my resume to her and I did, and she still hasn't even looked over it. Overall, the worse experience I have ever had. You will be told they will help you find jobs and it's all left up to you, they will say they will help you find a job and when you do your part in finding a job, and your overqualified, they reject your application. They claim they want to empower women yet they have no shown that in their interactions.
