They knocked it out of the park and even took the time to describe every meat and cheese they selected for me. That level of patient, expert service is so rare. The board was beautifully balanced and loaded with artisan cheeses, prosciutto, salami, dried fruit, nuts, and perfect accompaniments alongside a pour of white wine. Plenty of interesting quality wines starting under $20 and up.. They also have a small deli case with cheese and charcuterie items to take along with your wine. There are a couple steps up into the building if I remember correctly. But once inside you'll see a charming old library like environment with floor to ceiling wines! Great, great place to get wine!

Then immediately back to ignoring me. She then proceeded to throw my Veuve Clicquot into the same bag as the Tiger Sauce - with nothing but a small paper bag to contain the shards should they have busted against one another. What is wrong with this location that their cashiers can't just be decent human beings and employ basic kindness to customers?
