I do not write reviews however the woman currently working 7/24/26 at 1:45pm who is answering the phone is very unprofessional. I understand there's some construction going on within the store but I spoke to two other employees who were both professional and helpful prior to speaking with this woman. I was told since this store is contracted with vendors who offer vouchers they'll work with me to accommodate my needs while under construction. The gentleman & the other woman I spoke with explained since there are vouchers involved we simply needed to call with the vendor information to get the correct uniforms & schedule a pick up. The unprofessional woman who answered the third time around said the store was closed & no one could help me. I proceeded to explain what' I was told previously regarding the vouchers, she laughed & said no one was there to help & hung up on me. I called back asked her name, she refused. I asked to leave my phone number to speak with the manager or owner, she pretended to write it down, I asked her to repeat my number & she couldn't. Very poor service. I'm writing this review solely for the owner/manager to know what type of employee they have representing them. Maybe she's a young kid but still she should learn proper customer service skills. I'm hopeful the issue I'm having can be resolved ASAP. read more

Bring back Bell Sales. B.j Clothes are HIGH AS HELL and never have what you want. It's almost like you end up "settling" for what they have vs getting what you came for. Spend lots of my these past couple of weeks over $300 going back for more merchandise. Returned one pair of pants for exchange and was very displeased with two of the lady employees. Talking among themselves and looking at the pants as if like I did something wrong to them. Pants still had price tag on them and only had one of the brand tags off, but they are still labeling on it. Then, one of the girls, we're very rude talking to me like I'm a idiot. To say in a very rude tone. "Next time, DON'T remove the tag." Like are you tell me or asking me. I work in customer service and they need to know how to speak to their customers. Especially when I'm spending hundreds of dollars in your store. If that's the case, I will take my business to another location. Only one lady was very kind. So thank you. read more

***WARNING*** This place is a joke. All the clothing is way overpriced. Also be careful and make sure to check and recheck all the sizes of the clothing you buy. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Disrespectful women that work here! We called and asked for a certain item! Representative on the phone said "yes," that it's in stock! We arrived, then they stated "No!" Best place ever pro club and docked good price but slightly pricey but it's a big place to buy

Went to this place for some Dickies and they had plenty of them. The price was higher compared to my other place I go but I needed them. The place looks a bit run down but it has a excellent view lol. They sell Levi's that are on the expensive side and unfortunately they sell attire that is gang related, and that could make this place unsafe. read more

I used to rely on BJ having work clothes (Dickies) in my big-n-tall size, for uniform "color" requirements and comfortable fit...... and at reasonable prices..... Not Anymore. Now I am required to deal with Dickies directly, or use Amazon, on line. Big Men STILL have few choices with local stores. This is one more option taken away from us. read more

I went into this store to try on some jeans. Tried some Rock-a-fella Jeans, and they torn into pieces! In the dressing room...completely dry-rotted. I quietly folded them back and put them back on the shelf and left the store. read more

I had never been to this store before. I had always seem it but never stopped by. My husband and I were talking about where I could buy some overalls. The ones I seen in the mall had factory made holes in them, I guess for style and I didn't care for those. I wanted some crisp looking ones, so that's why he brought me here. There was plenty of parking and two convient ways of exiting the driveway which I could appreciate. When we walked it the security officer greeted is which I think was very polite but when we approached what looked like a very long register, there were four team members there talking amongst themselves. They didn't even acknowledge my husband's presence. It's like he had to wait until they were done speaking to ask about the product he wanted. So I'll say customer service minus the officer was poor. The store itself was well stocked. It wasn't nothing you couldn't find there. Their overalls was crisp and fit. They sell different clothing products even for the tall. Overall it's a very nice store. I mean their prices would kill your wallet but I guess it's worth it for the quality they offer. read more

The products here are almost like a second hand store, and not much of a selection. You do better to drive 5-10 more minutes and go downtown and get more for your money. I purchase a kids jackets, and didnt notice until after getting home that the zipper didn't work. The lady at tbe counter was the owner and she stated that they would not exchange nor give me a refund. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. read more

I just found out this place is now closed. Really bad area (near the coliseum), but they always had a huge stock of Ben Davis and Dickies stuff, and all at great prices. They were there for years. What happened...? I'm pissed. read more

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I purchase a couple of shirts and noticed that one of my shirts was over priced. So I returned to the store to bring it to their attention for a refund of the difference and was told sorry "no refunds" even if it was their mistake. I was only allowed store credit. Before this incident I was in the store and needed assistance on a bulk order of Polo Shirts and was completely ignored. If you care about customer service don't go to BJ's clothing. read more

I came to get a medical uniform. They have lot of great selections. The 2nd time I went they didn't have my size in the store but one of the lady's said she can see if it's available in another store. She got it the next day and called me as soon as they received it!!!! I guess I have bad luck because even for under shirts they no longer had my size. They have dressing rooms so you can try things on! It's a good store and you'd be surprised what you can find there. read more

I never write any reviews but this place is trash. There is no order, no one knows what they have. You ask for an item and everyone looks at you like you're talking in a different language. I called because I was 20 minutes away and this was the closest spot that said they had dickies shirts. I called and spoke with the lady who asked if I was looking for men boys or women's shirt and I told her specifically I needed a khaki button up woman's shirt. She guaranteed that she had it. I drove 20 minutes into the store so that it can take them 10 minutes to finally tell me they didn't have it. On top of that, the lady at the counter had an attitude and made a face as if I was giving her a big issue to solve. Yea, the prices are too high especially considering that the store is very close to downtown and the prices are lower a few miles down the block. The store looks rundown and I had someone suddenly appear behind me when I was speaking with the manager, he was not a customer, and he appeared to be part of store surveillance, right, we are in SC. The owner/manager gave us wrong information when we asked for assistance. We ended up wasting time only to find the items we needed ourselves later in the store. Came here to get some Dickies for my husband and they have a huge variety of them. When my husband couldn't find what he wanted the gentleman at the counter gave him a catalog to see what he liked and it would be ordered for him. He eventually found what he was looking for and they were super friendly. The parking is very big and it's free. Their prices are far less than retail. I'm definitely going back when my husband needs some more. read more

Awesome place for uniform items, Dickie's and random designer sale items. My boyfriend picked up clothes for his job as an EMT and I snagged some cute Calvin Klein jeans for $15. They have a new name though, BJ Clothes. read more
