I had a return that was after 30 days - the policy states that any return AFTER 30 days WITH receipt is due a merchandise credit which is completely fine with me, I did not expect to be refunded my money. She was refusing my return for a merchandise credit and only after I pressed the issue and told her she MUST uphold the policy did she process my return for a merchandise credit. She told me she would "try" to do it as if she was doing me a favor. She literally tries to deter returns by LYING to customers about the return policy despite it being written in black and white. (They don't like to process reruns because it messes up their sales quota) It's not my job as a consumer to instruct her to follow Rainbows return policy. She said that "they" said they cannot honor returns after 30 days despite what the policy says in the store. She is a bold face liar and I will be contacting corporate, as a manager she should always follow policy!

I understand about Covid protocols but at least have people try it on before buying. How else are you going to make sells like that? I understand body suits you can't because of the crotch area but at least be considerate for customers to try on clothes that way we don't go back and have that complicated exchange or refund issue. I hope all fashion q's change that policy because it sucks to not even try on clothes. Other than that they have various of clothing for every body type and height. They have always have a discounted rack outside their store of styles that are 50%+ off. The quality is superb, the garments are mostly a cotton or cotton blend and just so comfortable with special details such as pleats and darts strategically placed to make the most flattering cuts. I really appreciate the ladies offering discounts here and there if you purchase multiple items and they always remember me, so I know they make their customers feel so special.
