Since I have to give a star, I'll give 1. I had a bad experience with this store. The man behind the counter was extremely rude. I will not be back!!! Maybe he was upset with someone else and took it out on me, I don't know. So It started in the parking lot. I was looking for a picture of a design I wanted to have printed on a T-shirt which but I guess took too long because I was in a stall marked for his stores customers and I didn't get out of my car right away . He left from behind the counter (I assume) while customers were in the store, to come to the parking lot and tell me to move my car over, because it was over the line in the next stall. I responded by saying "I'm sorry I couldn't really see the line, they need to be painted". Then he says "if you're not coming in to my store, you need to move!" and waved me off as he was walking away. His whole tone and delivery was very nasty. So I went into the store and he was behind the counter and there were three customers in the store. I went to the counter and told him that I was trying to find a picture of a design I wanted printed on a T-shirt and that he didn't have to be so nasty in his tone. He got extremely defensive telling me, "I told you to move your car over, and I even said please". That part of the conversation wasn't the issue, it was his tone, his delivery and his motions, very unprofessional and for what? I told him I'll just go somewhere else, then very sarcastically he said, "ok" as if my money is not needed in his store. read more

Worst service I've experienced. I wrote specifically what I wanted on a T-Shirt and they managed to print it on the wrong size shirt. Normally I would not make a big deal of it, but instead of owning up to their mistake there was absolutely no remorse or apology. They mentioned a shirt would take 10-15 minutes but they said I would need to wait two days which is too late. They tried to blame the error on me when I clearly have instructions that they kept and refused to provide a refund. I will be reporting the business transaction as fraudulent and working with an inspector to inspect the building. Do not go here for any service, you will be scammed and treated poorly. read more

If anyone wants to get a T-shirt or any kind of clothing customized...... this is NOT the place to go. They require you to bring in your own image that has a high resolution. Most places on the internet do not have high resolution images to download. The astonishing part was that apparently they weren't able to go online or even have a way to access images for you. I used Beto at T-shirt Warehouse for some pajama pants that needed to be imprinted with our company's logo. I already had the pants and our logo and he was able to see my vision and complete the job very quickly. I had about 70 pairs of pajama bottoms and he had them done within a week - during the holidays even! He was great to work with and very accommodating. The pants have been washed multiple times and the logo is in perfect condition, no signs of wear. I would definitely use them again. read more

Probably the worst customer service and the worst prices. I would highly recommend shopping around for your screen printing needs. I've been coming here for years and as time has gone on the service has gotten worse and worse. The communication is bad all the prices are inflated by at least 25% (Gildan sweatshirts are $22.99 here) if you get them on Amazon they are less than $10.00. They charge you based on how much they think they can get from you. It's worth it to explore your options. The girl at the front was nice though. read more

This is a swapmeet style market for you to buy t shirts and work pants for cheap. The clothing and everything else costs maybe a buck more than what you would pay at the hood swapmeet. Rather than me driving back to my hometown of Inglewood, I admit i'd rather go here. I bought some work pants, socks and a t shirt and came out paying way less than i would at a local Sears or J.C Penney's. They do embroidery if you are into group activities. Its on the ghetto side,but in most cases you get what you pay for. I noticed they had a ratchet(urban slang for sleazy) section for ladies with booty shorts and tank tops. They also had cheap belts and accessories that you would see at the swapmeet so its great if you are from that type of element. read more

As usual, I was scrambling and trying to get my daughter's Pottery Barn backpack ready for the first day of school. As luck would have it, the backpack we ordered was a week, then a few weeks delayed (from China, I bet). So....I rushed to the PB store and hightailed it here for the embroidery. $6 for embroidery (one name) in comparison to PB's $9. They have a ton more fonts and styles than PB and I got it in a jiffy. I've been here a couple times since it's close to where I live. It's a warehouse with tons of product! You can buy totes, Tshirts, tank tops, pants, socks, jackets, hats and just about anything else you want to get customized! They have a wide range of shirts to select from all pretty good quality! I even saw some made by American apparel. First time I came here I got a black Vneck tshirt with a funny screen printed phrase on it for a white elephant gag gift at work. The turn around time was quick and the shirt came out GREAT. We selected a font, size of the letters, color and everything else. The second time I came here for an embroidered hand towel. I had a whole day of surprises for my girlfriends birthday. We go to spin class on Saturday mornings and I always put her towels on the bike while she uses the restroom. I had already bought the tank tops I wanted at Target, though they had some that were similar price and quality I would have used if I didn't already have them. I got 12 shirts done within 2 days (they said they would be ready in about 24 hours, but I didn't go back until after 2 days so I can't really confirm that) and they looked great! $6/line of writing on each shirt (some colors are a little extra). I was referred here by a friend to buy some dickies scrubs. They had in stock many colors and sizes. I got a pair of black dickies scrubs for a total of about $28 something; the pants cost more. They do sell drawstring pants and ones with elastic bands. My friend who had bought fro this place said the scrubs don't shrink. If you're petite, extra small may be too big for you still. Sucks to be you! jk lol If you want to try on items, just walk to the front of the store, the dressing rooms are located to the right. Max items you can take in is 5. I walked into this store in the evening and it was hot as hell. No A/C in there, just fans blowing at the staff only I'm sure. So if you like to shop sauna style this is the place to be!
