Empire Property Maintenance damaged my tiles when they mowed my yard. The whipper snipper bounced…read morealong my tile area chipping, dislodging and causing permanent damage on a tiled pathway and staircase. I emailed them and sent photos, but they never even bothered to respond. Without even phoning me, they sent their employee back with a scourer to try to remove some of the marks. This was never going to repair the chips and gouges, it required a professional tiler to fix it. I had to arrange my own tiler to come and repair the damage. A simple apology would have gone a long way.... This is a company that has very poor customer service and beware if you have a problem!

He was courteous, friendly and extremely professional. At one point, when he had started one part of the job, he stopped and would not continue until we made the changes we wanted to add and were completely satisfied with the changes we wanted to bring to the original plan. We love the end products and we have been thoroughly enjoying being able to use the carport and patio.
