The store advises all customers that the stock is sent without the pot and soil (bare-rooted) as per usual when mailing succs & cacti. You gotta expect a few broken leaves with a mail order plant but they're really healthy and will continue to flourish.

Terrible service from the beginning! I did the order online and input the correct delivery address…read more(my office) but the parcel was labelled to my home (billing address), when I called to address the issue I was given an unrepentant response of "nothing we can do about it now!". When the package arrived, the plants weren't even have their plastic nursery pots, just loose soil rolling around in the box, with old newspaper as a pathetic padding measure. The leaves of the larger plant were broken in many places. This is a truly unprofessional outfit. I ordered the plants as a gift, now they are ungiftable. thanks for nothing.
