Jynae, a technician initially tested my eyes, and Faye Knoll, M.D. evaluated them. The doctor was unable to diagnose me, explaining her limitations as a regular ophthalmologist. She told me that I need to see an eye plastic surgeon, also known as an oculoplastic surgeon, to get my tear ducts evaluated, but there are none at this location, so the front desk receptionist kindly secured an appointment with a specialist at another location. The only negative thing about my customer experience here is that I waited almost an hour to be seen by the doctor due to appointment overbooking. I was one of 20 people, packed like sardines in a small waiting room. Every chair was taken.
