This is the second time I was given a time-frame for delivery, and the food arrived an hour and 45 minutes. Each time, I'd get an e-mail my groceries were on their way. I look at the delivery map, and see that the delivery vehicle is next to the store icon. Not moving. Meanwhile, the system keeps updating the expected delivery time - pushing it out, further & further. Calls to the store result in long hold times, and then transfers to departments that don't answer. Shaws: If you don't wanna be in business, just sell out to a grocery chain that DOES want to serve customers. I don't care to which delivery service you've outsourced - they're torpedoing your reputation.

This has happened on numerous occasions & to the chagrin of the Manager nothing can be done because it is a corporate decision. (photos attached) 2) Earning points for gasoline reduction is a farce. They are trying to compete with Stop & Shop who also offer 10 cents per $100 spent. However, the gas stations that are part of the Shaws network hike up the price of their gas so much that any saving doesn't even come close to what can be purchased elsewhere. If you accrue points, use them as cash in the store. Do not be fooled into thinking they are offering any discount for gasoline. It is a sham. My lesson has been learned & I hope to pass this on to others.
