Label reads they were packed the same day as purchased but my teeth and tongue say they were possibly re-packaged. If they were indeed prepared and packaged the same day, then the deli Mgr should talk to his purveyor/supplier and check his source. Maybe I hit a bad day, maybe this was just a rogue chicken, but these were actually inedible and ended up in the disposal. Beware of the tasteless, tough tenders. Just saying...
