I have been a client of this pharmacy for over five years now. I am as happy as ever with their…read moreimpeccable service, the pharmacists' explanations every time I needed some clarification. I always felt respected and the staff has always helped me with any issues I had. Once, when they were not open, I had to go to the other pharmacy in town to fill out a prescription I had. The other pharmacy had longer opening hours; however, I was so frustrated with the mediocre service of the staff from that other pharmacy and delayed response that I came running back to my Jean Coutu.

I have a medication i was placed on by veterans affairs when I retired from the military many years…read moreago. it was has some stigma attached to it and although most pharmacy are polite and courteous, the treatment i received hère has made me feel like a POS and beneath them. can't believe they were recommended... I didn't watch my friends take their last breaths overseas so we could be spit on by the very people we're fighting for.
