His crew of three did a great job and Mr. Velasco stuck to the agreed price even though It was just a little more than he thought. Velasco Family Lawn Care was on site and ready to work when he told me they would be and I told him what I would like to see and gave him room to do what he thought as well. Trees and shrubs look great, actually better than I expected. We will hire Velasco Family Lawn Care again and would highly recommend. Very fair, very good work and nice honest people. Also very respectful. You will notice in the picture some dead parts of the shrubs, that is due to letting them get overgrown not from Velasco Family Lawn Care. They did a great job on our home. We will have them back in the spring to mulch and remove rock and brick edging.

I called Wednesday and spoke with someone else who said someone would be here first thing Thursday morning. Again, no one showed up and no one called. My husband left a message Thursday evening. I called and left a message Friday morning and also emailed. No response to either. Their website says "Above all, we are distinguished by our high quality of work and commitment to customer satisfaction, before, after and during our project." This is clearly false advertisement since they do no show up when they say they will and do not communicate when they cannot meet their commitments. If they simply chose not to do our yard, the courteous thing would have been to do it the first time since they said they would on more than one occasion, and then advise us to find someone else. Now we have grass five days longer and will probably not be able to get someone else to come until next week. Their website also says they are Better Business Bureau (BBB) Accredited, but the BBB's website says they are not. Very poor business practice and definitely not committed to customer satisfaction.
