When the guy showed up, he had a shop vac and a beat up looking chimney brush that looked like it had seen the end of WWII. I was told by the cleaner they used "special cleaning solutions" which never materialized. Ten minutes after he started "cleaning" he stated he was done and it was the dirtiest chimney he'd ever seen--and then proceeded to show me a small pile of soot in the shop vac. He then charged me $518 with the option of adding in a 20% tip if I wanted. I did not. Doing the math this company charges $51/min or $3108/hr. For next to nothing. I reached out via email to complain and received a very timely response however, when I called the number as instructed, Adi, the owner, stated he would call me back in 30 minutes. That was yesterday and no call back. I talked to a local company about what happened and they had zero idea what "special chemicals" they were talking about. Was I scammed because I'm a female? Maybe, maybe not. Point remains, they charged almost double from their highest advertised price. Do not use this company.

After much digging on the internet, we found Michael and reached out for a routine servicing and inspection before we used them. Michael was quick to communicate and arrived exactly when he said he would. He immediately felt like an old friend and I fear we may have taken up too much of his time chatting. He performed a routine cleaning at a very fair price, and identified an issue inside one of the chimneys. He showed us pictures of the issue and offered solutions to solving it, also fairly priced. He also removed a dreaded insert that I feared we may be stuck with forever. Throughout our home renovation, my husband and I frequently wish that the contracting teams coming in were half as amazing as Michael. As long as Michael is in this business, we won't look elsewhere. Not only was he extremely experienced and efficient with the installation of this particular system, he charged us approximately $350 less than it would have cost us to go through one of the retailer's contractors. We are now able to realize much more usable space than before. Next job already scheduled for the hanging of a new barn door for the walk-in closet! With a new bike on the way, I found it was going to be quite a challenge storing it in our relatively small garage. I barely had enough room to squeeze the car in with just one bike, so purchased a ceiling hanging system. After the system arrived, I hired Wade Services to do the job. Upon arrival, he suggested an alternative solution that would allow for easier access to the bike. I went with his idea and was quite pleased with the results. Where there was once clutter and barely enough room for one bike, I now am able now able to fit two bikes (old bike pictured - new one will be placed where the tires are), store my ladders and camping tables, and still effortlessly park my full-sized SUV. He also offered other improvement ideas, which I will have installed at a later date. He also suggested new layout ideas for two of our closets. We also plan to have him install those as well! Was looking for a complete HVAC replacement (furnace, AC, and water heater). I like Rheem so I looked at vendors that sold that. Got 3 quotes, and Matt's company far and away gave me the best quote. The whole process (from quote, to approval, to setting up the install) went smoothly and was low pressure and Matt was able to answer any questions I had. Even DenTech's quoting system (which is all online) was so much clearer and easier to use than the other vendors (who just sent email attachments). The install went great--on time and no issues. I am very pleased with the new system. Matt even followed up multiple times to make sure everything is working as expected.

I researched local HVAC…read morepros for weeks when searching for someone to install a whole home humidifier and called several for quotes. Matt got only gave a competitive price, but was the only one familiar with the Ecobee smart thermostat that I wanted to use to control the humidifier. When I hired Matt, he was extremely prompt, super reliable, and took great care with my installation. My Ecobee thermostat required an extra wire to trigger the humidifier and Matt spent an extra two hours just fishing a wire through my house without having to cut through any walls (which I was very much trying to avoid). It turned out to be a perfect installation and I was extremely impressed with his pride of handiwork. He even refused to bill me for the extra time to fish my new wire because he wanted to stick to his original quote so I wouldn't have an unexpected cost. Plus, on top of all that, he serviced both of my furnaces for free. I don't think it's common to tip service professionals, but needless to say he earned every bit of the tip I gave to compensate for the extra time and attention to detail. Even after the installation Matt was concerned about his customer and followed up with me on how the humidifier was performing. As it turned out, my water pressure was very high and every time the humidifier cycled it would make a big knock through the house. True to character, Matt showed up and installed a device on the water line that quiets the pressure changes as well as some pipe insulation to deaden any residual noise. And then he tried not to charge me! About eight months later we ended up moving for my job and the new home buyer wanted the HVAC certified to be in good order. I reached back out to Matt and asked if he could come by and take a look to certify there were no concerns. He did a full HVAC maintenance of both units and wrote up a letter for me to share with the buyer. And again, tried to say it was no charge. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable HVAC professional, Matt is your number one choice! He even offered to help me with a virtual consultation after my move if I need it. Honestly, there are a few things I miss after moving out of state and Matt is one of them!
