1 Star -- Extremely disappointing and painful experience…read more I booked a PRP facial with microneedling and this provider was unable to even complete the PRP portion because Jessica could not successfully draw blood after multiple painful failed attempts trying to find a vein. She then wanted to draw from my hand, which was far too painful and unacceptable. Since they could not perform the PRP treatment I paid for, I was given hyaluronic acid instead, which is not what I booked nor expected. This was by far the worst facial treatment experience I have had. I was considering purchasing a series of treatments, but after this experience there is absolutely no way I would return. Very dissatisfied.

I asked for a train loop to hold the train of my dress up when dancing, and for it to be hemmed. They sewed the train of the dress to the lower back of my dress, and relocated all the pearls that were going down the back of my dress, and put them underneath my dress - literally. I was so angry, but now I'm just so disappointed that I trusted them on the biggest day of my life. The dress ended up swallowing my foot while I was making my grand entrance, and I almost tripped and fell. One week later, Mario called to ask if I still wanted the alterations--something that should have already been in progress. I confirmed and reminded him he had only three days left before my event. He reassured me he could finish it in just one day. What I received was an unprofessional and careless attempt at tailoring. The jacket was altered in a way that caused the back to curl awkwardly. The pants were taken in so excessively that they resembled skinny trousers, with one leg inexplicably wider than the other. During our conversation, Mario mentioned that he was leaving his position to start teaching tailoring. It's unfortunate that he will be passing on such poor craftsmanship, lack of professionalism, and disregard for commitments. Despite paying what he charged, the quality of work wasn't even close to what was promised or deserved. I attempted to reach out multiple times to give Mario a chance to correct his mistakes, but he has ignored my calls and voicemails. This experience was amateurish, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I would never return, nor would I recommend Mario's tailor shop to anyone. Patético
