My vet suggested that I contact Wagsville dog spa to verify it would be fine to get the dog groomed on tomorrow due to dog getting Microchipped on today. Wagsville did not answer. So I called back while being in the Vets office. Michael the owner was extremely rude and told me he was discharging my dogs because I called back to back. He was rude and unprofessional. Do not take your pets here. You will not be treated with respect and dignity . Cross creek Vets office was surpised that a business treats customer rudely and honestly so was i.

Alexa did fantastic , she was so calming and caring with her . Zoey needed that . She is usually a nervous wreck when we get home . She's sleeping right now. Alexa kept us informed the whole time , pics etc. She not only took the time out to make our fur baby at ease but us as well. It's stressful going to a new groomer. This was a first for me dealing with such short term memory loss they could not get past 2 or 3 numbers before forgetting, and having to repeating over and over for more then 10 minutes. What is the point of having a profile if I have to bing paperwork every time! Also our first time over a year ago we did bring paperwork and a rabies tag that were promptly lost and cost us a fee to get replaced.

I also hoped to schedule a bath and nail trim for our Shar-Pei, Baxter. Suzette answered the call and politely informed me that they only offer daycare and boarding for existing clients who are residents and are not accepting any new customers out of town or offering grooming services at this time. While I appreciated the quick response, it was disappointing to learn this--especially since their website still lists these services as available, with no mention of the current restrictions. It would be helpful if the website were updated to reflect this, so potential customers aren't misled while trying to make plans. Hopefully, they'll consider clarifying this online to save others the inconvenience.
