Within, I want to say the first 2 weeks of classes, it was found that I was originally overcharged for the summer tuition. No big deal. Mistakes happen. My daughter went to the first two weeks and loved it. She is 4 in a 5-7 class, and I had made sure ahead of time (August birthday, so she's always been the youngest) that this wouldn't be an issue. Week 3 comes around and there was a different teacher. Apparently, she had said something to my daughter in front of the other kids that she was too young for the class, and this really embarrassed her. I couldn't get her to go back after that. Which was super disappointing. Lauren (the owner) had called and honestly, she's amazing and if her staff handled things the way she did, I wouldn't be writing this review. I told her what happened, and she offered a refund because we weren't going to use 4/6 weeks I had prepaid for. Again, awesome. Still not worth a review in my opinion. What was too much for me was when after a week I hadn't seen a refund processed. I called and emailed. I was only sent a short email eventually saying, "we have processed your refund and here's your receipt." I said it never came through. Eventually, Paige said if I didn't get it by the next Monday to reach out. When I did, she sent me the same exact email. Not helpful at all. I followed back up because now I'm getting upset. I let a lot go and was thinking maybe it was a processing error of sorts. If I didn't work in accounting and meticulously check my statements, I would have never caught that. I finally got an email after being ignored over and over, saying they never processed the refund correctly. Now I'm upset. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review but honestly, this all feels borderline fraudulent. Make sure you check your statements if you do business here.

Words can't not express how much this ballet studio pours their heart and soul into each child, making them the best ballet studio in town. First, the customer service and loving nature of all the teachers is beyond comparable. Second, the loving and friendly nature of all the staff and dancers that permeates throughout the ballet company is top notch. From the very beginning my experience with everyone has been nothing but highly competent and professional. They allow you to film yourself on your phone so you can review and practice the routines at home which is so convenient and appreciated! They have a great variety of packages and memberships to choose from and their website is very easy to navigate. They maintain an updated class schedule online each week so you can view class descriptions and easily book yourself for whatever classes you'd like to attend. A lot of other pole dance studios oftentimes miss this important part of the customer experience unfortunately. They are a fairly new company, so they are starting to expand their merchandise which is cool. I bought a water bottle which I use a lot due to its small size, sleek look, and durability. Last but not least, the location and frosted windows offer privacy. It's too bad that I moved away from Bend, because I can't seem to find a pole dance studio as good as this one. They have classes based on pole tricks, workout, flexibility, handstands, men's club and exotic. My boyfriend and I do the tricks, workout and handstands together - it really is a good workout. You will leave their classes really sore, and you don't need to be flexible or coordinated to do it! If you saw us a year ago, we could not do ANY of the tricks they taught us and we are pretty good now. On the other hand with exotic classes, they are so friendly and welcoming! Everyone will wear their heels, sexier clothes (from just fitted shirts to fishnet tights) and they dim the lights for more ambiance. It's so fun and they go through part of dance routines step by step slowly and you can ask questions. At the end you have opportunity to record yourself for progress or just flow with the music. I recommend you try it at least once!
