I contacted Warming tree services and they came out and gave me a great estimate. The thing that I greatly appreciate about their service was: 1 . They came out and and took a look and told me what they were going to do. 2. They scheduled me for a date and time and and showed up when they said that they would. The practiced safety first all wore hardhats. 3. Most of all everything that they said they would do they did from cutting the trees, to cleaning up the area, and hauling it off. Great customer service has been hard to find lately and these guys were professional from beginning to end. These guys deserve to be taken to lunch on the owners tab. AWESOME JOB WELL DONE. Tree Removal Experience: I had a terrible experience with this tree company. I had a tree struck…read moreby lightning in the preserve next to my property in PVB and sadly, the HOA hired Lucas Trees. First, even though the tree was partially uprooted, there was no urgency. Second, for a week prior there was no communication. I found out late last week that they would be there Monday. On Monday, I woke up to a mess. 10 people standing in the yard making an absolute mess. Chad, the foreman was condescending and a jerk when I asked what was going on. At any rate, they showed no care and tried to do as little as possible. They left the property looking significantly worse than when they came.
