Loved this place. Josh is an amazing tattoo artist. I got a tattoo for my grandmother who has…read morerecently passed away, he even added a few of his own touches (of course after asking me) and I absolutely love it. Only down side about this experience was I had met with Josh previously to talk about the price for the tattoo. It was around $150. After my appointment of getting the tattoo the tattoo was $230. The price jump was a bit of a surprise. A little heads up would have been nice.

I've been tattoo'd by three of the gentlemen here and they've all done an amazing job. I tend to see Justin more often, but they're all great. They make sure you're comfortable, have great prices, and always make sure you approve of the tattoo before hand. I recommend this place to everyone! They're extremely versatile.

I called Etown Big Daddy's and they said call Brandenburg location for an appt. I called and the man that answered said I have to come in to the shop to make an appt? I said ok even tho it seemed rather strange I drive over 100 miles from where I was staying just to make an appt. But I was told Trey was the best! I arrived with my daughter whom also wanted a tattoo and we spoke directly to Trey whom said ok leave your number and I'll see what day we can do the tattoos I have to check my book. He was in the middle of doing a tattoo. He said I promise to call you back today and set it up....that was three weeks ago. I have ALLOT of money and was willing to fly back whenever he said he could do it but clearly he doesn't have the respect to even call and say no or I'm too busy or whatever instead he lost two great customers, gets a shitty review and no further referrals from us. I have one hell of a large family whom all would have came to him. The thing that bothers me the most is shitty customer service! I don't give him one star! With this lousy customer service I don't get how he possibly could be booked up??? In California we don't roll like this, we show RESPECT! We know how to use a telephone and make an appointment. If we ever said you have to come in we would never have a business last long! I'm glad I didn't let him tat me up, it more than likely would have been as crappy as his business!

This was the worst experience I've ever seen. The piercer completely screwed up my friends piercing…read moreand went straight through cartilage in her septum. The needle got halfway through and Stopped, she decided then that it would be a good idea to just shove it the rest of the way through. She didn't check for a sweet spot and afterwards, gave 0 aftercare instruction. she was also training another women and I can only imagine how terrible she will end up after being trained by someone who does a half ass job. I'm expecting a refund or at least another piercer to try and fix this mistake. I DO NOT recommend these people for neither a tattoo or piercing. Go somewhere else, it's not worth the terrible unprofessionalism and it truly is overall a terrible experience.
