It was about 4 pm and I had plans for the evening and no one could tell me if they were coming so I rescheduled for Thursday afternoon. Same thing, its 4 pm and no indication anyone is coming. They use AI to text updates. So I called and not sure if I talked to a human or AI. Someone was supposed to call me. At that point, I felt like no one was coming and was going to cancel. Then AI text came at 4:30 pm that someone was on their way. Meanwhile, someone called from their office that my monthly payments were not going through. Instead of paying cash once a year, you now have to subscribe for their services. I checked my credit card and charges had been posted and paid to them. This place is all screwed up. A technician finally arrived at 5:30 pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had no issues with him. Sadly, this long time customer has had enough. Very poor customer service with no human interaction to resolve scheduling and financial issues.
