What an awesome staff. Dr.. Stone diagnosed the issue. Made some adjustments and prescribed medication. Unfortunatally he also diagnosed that needed a root canel. The staff made the arrangements to have the procedure done in Rapid City the next day. Not what I was looking for while visiting the Black Hills but ya'll made it a whole lot better. I needed a crown - and decided to get a bridge so I could be able to chew more proficiently- now I…read morecan't chew at all on that side- Dr Hopper broke the other tooth, and could not be honest with me that he did that he could've save me a lot of money at that point pretty sad he will never admit his fault I would have rather him been truthful with me than to tell me he wouldn't know if it was going to be ok, at that point it would take time to feel better I wasted $3500 on a bridge that I could've put towards an implant - funny, his little helper at that point told me it's sad that dentist don't admit their fault. I was wondering what she was saying ,now I know. I've never had a dentist, numb me to put a crown on after it was completed it only takes is the glue - now I know why he numbed me because he broke my tooth . It's gonna cost me probably $15,000 now he if he would've just been honest with me to begin with I would have excepted it at that point. I'm not going back . I'm sad

I…read morehave been her patient for several years, and during this time had two separate fillings fall out, even after explaining what happened, I was never given any type of compensation. I don't think it's ever happened to me before and I don't know how common it is, but it seems logical to put the blame on the dentist. My plan was to continue to be her patient until recently Jean who handles billing decided to turn me in to collections for a $77 bill I was not aware of. This is a small town, and we know each other, and she knows that if I say I'll pay the bill, I'll pay it. The problem arose when I was suddenly sidetracked by a death in the family. I did however call and advise that I would pay it as soon as I returned. In the meantime I was welcomed home with the letter from collections for $77. Had I known it was that big of a deal, I would've made arrangements to pay it over the phone while I was out of the area and attending to the matters of our family loss. Jean has complicated matters but not having it immediately removed upon payment. Maybe Jean doesn't know what happens to a person's credit when she submits a complaint of nonpayment, but I'm here to let her know it causes a great deal of heart ache, undeserved stress and hassles trying to repair your credit. Obviously, I will never go back there again for any type of dental care, and I warn anyone who values their good credit to use caution and remember you're a number not a human to Massa billing. UPDATE: Although I stand by my original opinion of how badly Jean handled the billing, I believe Sally is really who the review should be about, and she is a great dentist. Sally receives 5 stars and Jean 2, so that is how I came up with my compromise.

I called to pay a few weeks later and was told that there would be a late fee. I inquired since there is no due date, a late fee would be hard to determine and the front desk said "Do you want to pay your bill or not". Hands down, Dr. Yeoman IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST SKILLED AND SUPERB DENTIST TO WHOM I HAVE EVER BEEN. I have massive anxiety about any dental procedures starting from childhood ( a disastrous tooth extraction at a fancy dentist in Newport 10 years ago among the more recent of nightmares ) as I was born in Hawaii, and mid 70's dentistry was positively barbaric and painful. Dr. Yeoman was so warm and funny that he put me at ease immediately as did his assistant Alex. During the procedure he was fast, precise, thorough and again, very gentle. So gentle he didn't even need to give me novocaine to fix two chips in my front tooth from gnawing on a ribeye bone. The results are BEAUTIFUL and maybe took 40 minutes. He's a magician. Staff members Alex, Rachel and Brandy were all absolutely terrific and got me in right away when I called to explain the issue. Hands down I can say my experience at Kieffer Dental was the best I've had at a dentist's office…read more The establishment is clean and tasteful, and my hygienist was friendly. I'm currently pregnant, and they did a great job taking that into consideration. But what left me going away impressed was all the little extras: the coffee bar by the entrance. The play area for kids. The decor, the feel of the place. At the end of my visit they even gave me a pair of athletic socks with their logo! Price wise they were reasonable as well, great dentist whether for individuals or families.
