Everything was handled over the phone. And I am very pleased to say I was extremely happy with the results. The job was not an easy one. Have you seen the tall spruce trees up at Terry Peak? Well, they had to take two of them out.. Very old, tall, mature trees. A few other small ones as well, but the big ones were as tall as they get. I highly recommend Cruz Quality Tree Service. They are professionals, timely, hard working and meticulous. Pricing was fair. And they took all the mess away as well. They will always be my go to Tree guys!

The bid we received was astronomical compared to the size of the job. It was clear to my husband and I that he did not want the work. We later obtained 4 additional bids that all came in at about a third of what Zack quoted. We were also told by multiple landscaping companies that no company should charge you for an estimate. We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam. This company pays a lot of money to keep their reputation clean online. I would not recommend using them unless you want to pay a lot more than another company would charge.

When they were there working he had me come out and check to see if things were getting done right. Before they left we walked through the yard to make sure it was all done correctly. The bill was just what he quoted even though he had a few additional expenses that he was unaware of at the time he looked at what needed to be done. Everyone on the crew was amazing. I would highly recommend this business to anyone for all of your landscaping needs.
