They gave me a quote for the yard cleanup, and I accepted their quote and they came out to do the yard cleanup. I contacted them as they had missed areas in the yard to be cleaned. The owner came back and found the yard was not cleaned up properly and sent his crew out to correct and they did. They did a good job lawnmowing for a few weeks so I asked them to trim the hedges in the front yard. The owner quoted the job and I accepted. The bill came overcharging for the work based on what I was quoted and I notified them and told them the hedges needed to be fixed as there were areas that were missed. They called and instead of coming to assess the work, I was told they could not make me happy so I needed to find another company. They didn't bother to come look at the yard and what I was unhappy with. They just told me to go find another company. Very unprofessional!! I would NOT do business with this company nor recommend anyone else does!

The bid we received was astronomical compared to the size of the job. It was clear to my husband and I that he did not want the work. We later obtained 4 additional bids that all came in at about a third of what Zack quoted. We were also told by multiple landscaping companies that no company should charge you for an estimate. We asked for our money back and were told, "Impossible". We asked for half of it back and were told, "Impossible". We feel this is all a scam. This company pays a lot of money to keep their reputation clean online. I would not recommend using them unless you want to pay a lot more than another company would charge.

Dawn who answered phone seemed to know nothing about there needing to be another service call. She then made an appointment for 6/9 for 12:00. At 3 I called wondering if I had made an error in date or time. She said that was strange for the service guy had clocked in at 12 at my place. I then informed her that I had not been anyplace awaiting his visit. Dawn kind of apologized, & then wanted to make another appointment on Friday the 10th since it was already the end of their work day. I was actually really uncomfortable with knowing that not only was there no notification they were not going to be here but that their service person apparently clocked in as having been at my place when he wasn't. I don't think this is quite the place one wants to use if they not only have issues with their communication, but their service people checking in when they weren't really there.
