Matteo's attention to detail on techniques are fantastic, and his lesson plans are thought out and executed over a week basis. The classes usually start with a conditioning warm-up/workout, followed by 2-3 techinques that are broken down, which you will do multiple timed repetitions on with a partner. Once class is over, the mats are open to spar/roll. The atmosphere is very friendly, and you're quick to become family there. I definitely recommend training here.
