Accepting the estimate and paying the deposit couldn't have been easier. It said I would be contacted to set up the date for removal. I was never contacted again. I called the office x3 and after the 3rd call, I was told that it would be scheduled within the week. That never happened and after 5 weeks of initial contact, I never heard from BeaverJack again. I am still stuck with a dead tree in my yard and have reached out to another tree service. My experience with this company was anything but good!
