I do often consult them, though…read more My roof has been vexatious for a long time, and I've gone through two different horrible experiences trying to get it fixed. Finally, the recent hailstorm finished it off completely. Dude comes walking up the street and solicits the roof. At this point, what do I have to lose? OK. So. I never met the adjuster and never spoke to the insurance company at all. Leonic handled everything professionally. All the neighbors are complaining abut the run-around from the insurance company, but not I. The good part is, and I've waited a while to be sure, is the job on the roof itself. They replaced the decking on a large part of the roof (not with plywood, but with one by as the original decking), fixed a large portion of eave, and made it all not leak. I heartily recommend them. Zach's guys were professional, timely, and experienced. There work was impeccable and I was thrilled to have them working on my house. Zach handled 100% of the negotiations with the insurance company. I never had to call them to complain about this or that or upload any pictures to prove that they should pay for whatever needed to be done. Zach handled ALL of that. AND he didn't ask for anything more than what was covered in the claim. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what the final amount for all the work was, but I know I never paid for anything and I never had to deal with figuring out whether or not there was enough money to get the job done well. That alone would be worth this long-winded testimonial. However, his team also went above and beyond the claim. After rebuilding one side of the house, the insurance company said they'd only pay to paint that one side of the house, not the whole thing, but Zach's team painted the whole thing anyway. They didn't want to leave the job half done. There were lots of little upgrades done inside the house too. All in all, it is a tremendous improvement, and my house looks 10 times better than it did before the hurricane. From start to finish, Zach and his team were committed to doing the best work possible and not simply checking boxes on a to-do list. I couldn't have been happier with the end result.
