I booked online, received a confirmation and was sent a reminder the day of my appointment. I was greeted by Bob when I arrived and he described what he thought would look nice on my car. He even showed me examples of other cars he recently serviced that were similar. He was very customer service oriented and checked on me a few times to make sure I was okay in the waiting room. He even brought me back to check out my car after he finished the first side. I was really impressed with this young black entrepreneur. He does excellent work and is clearly a few steps above the rest with being able to book online. Prices vary, so inquire within. APPOINTMENTS ONLY! Literally got me in the next day although they offered same day tinting. Arrived at 10:14 (my apt was at 10 oopsie!) and I was out the door at 10:55 NICE!!! The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. The woman who worked there (sorry I forgot her name, I want to say it was Mindy but am probably way off and the guys in the shop will start calling her Mindy as a joke now) was so helpful. She showed me the tint displays and explained the different options/coatings available. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process. Also, they put a sticker over your window buttons because you cannot roll them down for 3-5 days after the install--no drive throughs allowed, haha!
