It's rare that my expectations are exceeded - twice. Mr. Flores has taken exceptional care of the second vehicle (Buick Encore) that I was seeking to have tinted. I had been trying to get an application at this shop for quite a while and it was worth the wait. The tint is quality with a great warranty. The pricing is fair and service was excellent. It is a small shop so you receive personal service. Just as with the price quote the wait time was exact, but if you don't want to wait you can go across the street to the shopping center. Summers were here and I needed a tint in my car to save my two little ones from harsh sunlight. As I am completely time-poor, I did not have the time to do my homework which is what I always do before making a purchase decision. A few clicks of the internet and I stumbled upon "THE TINT SHOP". Called and made an appointment a week from then. Confirmed my appointment the day before the actual appointment day and all was good. Came to THE TINT SHOP a little earlier than anticipated and let me be honest I had cold feet as I had not done my usual extensive home work. Questions went through my mind like "am I sure I want to do this without doing any homework?" - "Is this place really who I want to do business with?" - "Can I trust this business to do the right thing by me?" - "Will they do the right thing by me since I do not know much about tints, at all?" Yet I proceeded as I was already there. From the get-go, Johnny Flores made an impression. He was personable, very welcoming, approachable, a bomb of positive energy, completely trustworthy and honest and gave trustworthy advice that was an optimum balance between what I wanted to achieve at the best price. I asked him a thousand questions and he took me through everything until a point that I was 100% satisfied with the answer and made an informed decision. Johnny has been in the business for a few decades. Not only that he is an absolute champion at what he does but he also does a plethora of other things with regards to windows, tints and everything in between. You should really see his commercial work and check our some of his videos on youtube. Johnny DOES NOT do the usual "cutting the film by hands" work, All the cuts are done by an expensive computer program and a machine that does all the cutting before Johnny gives the tint film his magical touch with his hands. Johnny had given me all sorts of directions with what and what not to do for the first seven days as a precaution but clearly I did not have everything in my mind all the time, so when I sat in the car I was pleasantly surprised to see the sticker he had put on my window buttons which you can see in one of the pictures and that served as the best reminder. All in all, I highly recommend Johnny for all your tinting needs be it for your vehicle or for your home or commercial building window tints. Infact, I will be bringing my second car over to him for tinting needs as well. Can't say enough positive things about Johny and his team! Even prior to the actual work that they did, which was excellent, they were super proactive and responsive to make sure that I knew all the details. As for the actual work, it's obvious why Johny has the reputation that he does. His knowledge of the materials, and craftsmanship should be the standard in this industry. I'm very disappointed with the scheduling. I read all this comments about great customer service and I did not receive that. My apointment was canceled on the day of Les then 2 hours before. Johnny was very accommodating of my time by giving me a distinct estimate of how long it would take for services to be rendered.
