He got the off 195 because there was a little traffic and took me some crazy way that made my trip an hour later than it should have been . Requested quotes on Yelp for a sprinter for 14 people and Black Pearl had the best pricing! Excellent response time and communication. My only issue was when their office called me to set up the reservation. The young lady on the phone was difficult to understand and misspelled names and addresses on my reservation which could ultimately cause a problem. I had to call her back several times for corrections and even had to ask her to please take me off of speaker because of the noise.
