He got the off 195 because there was a little traffic and took me some crazy way that made my trip an hour later than it should have been . He tried talking to me the whole trip when I was already aggravated. Requested quotes on Yelp for a sprinter for 14 people and Black Pearl had the best pricing! Excellent response time and communication. My only issue was when their office called me to set up the reservation. The young lady on the phone was difficult to understand and misspelled names and addresses on my reservation which could ultimately cause a problem. I had to call her back several times for corrections and even had to ask her to please take me off of speaker because of the noise. Other than that, I was happy with the chauffeur service and the Sprinter. I received emails and texts with updates before my reservation time which I appreciated. read more

Elisha was wonderful. He helped take the luggage from the house and loaded the car. We had a smooth ride to the airport (MIA).
