Dispatch was very knowledgeable and exceptionally courteous, especially when one considers how panicky I had to have sounded over the phone by that point. The car Oncall sent to take my family to the airport was *so* much nicer than I could've imagined given how reasonably they'd priced our last minute request for transportation picking us up in Palm Beach County, taking us through all of Broward and well into Miami-Dade County where Miami International Airport is located. I'm not a car expert myself but I want to say it was a Chevy Suburban - in any case, it had a well detailed exterior; immaculate interior; beverages, snacks, even magazines(!) provided; more than ample room for all of my family & the excessive amount of luggage we tend to bring on any trip we take.
