I wanted to relax and deal with some neck pain, and after a lot of research, I landed on SOMA. They were able to fit us in on my birthday proper, and although they didn't have joint rooms for a proper couples massage, I was happy to know he was getting pampered down the hall. They were also accommodating and able to push our appointment a bit when we realized we were running late. Amy was a dream. She integrates holistic bodywork into her practice, and it was just what I needed. She was so intuitive and understood exactly what kind of pressure and strokes I needed, and I left feeling so refreshed and like I was walking on a cloud. Amy was very friendly and warm and we chatted a bit but not too much; just the perfect amount. My partner also really enjoyed his massage and felt looser and more agile. He had one of the male therapists (maybe Dominic - sorry we can't recall!). The spa lobby is quiet and serene and the massage rooms are set up for total relaxation. You can customize things like table temperature and sounds to make it the best for you. Parking is also readily available on the street. Highly recommend! If we were local I'd become a regular.

I have been to physical therapy and had other massages with no real improvement. I decided to go to SOMA yesterday and to be honest, I was not very optimistic given the fact that I haven't been able to get relief elsewhere. I wound up seeing Steph, and let me tell you, she was phenomenal! I left there feeling like a completely different person. I was able to move around freely with hardly any discomfort at all. This was life-changing for me! I will definitely be back, thank you Steph for making such a big difference in my mobility!

The following reflects our understanding of the events and our personal experience\. We received the first payment without issue\. Under our understanding of the agreement, the remaining 33% was to be paid after the rough inspection was completed and passed\. We completed the work and passed the rough inspection\. The remaining payment was not made, and the contract was later terminated\. As a result, we were left with unpaid time, labor, materials, and other project\-related expenses Approximately a year and a half later, we were contacted regarding a licensing matter\. We provided our New Hampshire license and the requested documentation\. Our license had been issued in 2024, approximately one year before we began the project in 2025\. After reviewing the information, an investigative paralegal informed us that no further discussion with us was needed. These events were frustrating from our perspective, particularly because we understood that the remaining payment was tied to completion and passage of the rough inspection We recommend that contractors document all payment terms, inspection requirements, licensing information, and termination provisions in writing and retain records of all related communications Based on this experience, we would not choose to work with Anh L\. Ngo, MD, again
