On my way to a dentist appointment on June 3, 2025, I took the Black Rifle Coffee Company drive-thru for my backseat kids. They love a good latte and I had never been to a BRCC brick and mortar before. The missing star is for their slowness at the window. The nice young lady apologized for it, but dang. Our order: + 2 12-oz vanilla lattes + 12-oz caramel latte (all $4.95 each) My latte was still hot 30 minutes after my appointment. I got the caramel. It was pretty good. Normally I love both their whole bean and ground coffee bags. I really want to try Beyond Black Roast but haven't seen it in my hometown yet. Make sure to get a punch card! "Collect 5 Stamps, Get 1 Drink Free... one stamp with each drink purchase." Pretty damn good deal if you ask me! Nice clean location on the outside. I'll be a repeat offender. read more

This was my first time at Black Rifle. I wanted it to be great, I wanted it to be as amazing as I was hoping.....it was not. The coffee was bitter and so is the owner I guess as when asked if I was a "first responder" ....being a hospice nurse and ex Leo is not considered one. Its fine, but weird. Then I was given a speech on how nurses arent first responders in the eyes of that franchise owner. That being said I would have given more stores if the coffee had been good but it was not. read more

I had never tried BRC coffee before, I have a routine, or I'm just stubborn, idk. However, a friend brought me a coffee today, it was amazing, turned out it was from BRC. A large medium roast, black, and it was absolutely awesome to get. I will definitely keep them on my radar now while out and about. I will definitely be going there myself. Love it BRC!! Great atmosphere and polite/friendly staff. I ordered a caramel latte with oat milk (yay for dairy free options)...and it was good! It's a strong coffee. My hubby says it will put hair on your chest. As a veteran I was excited to come here and it was everything I expected the interior was amazing they had all sorts of coffee beans drinks merchandise and just felt right however upon ordering I was lost of course happens I asked for some assistance and the cashier seemed annoyed or maybe she wasn't having a good day she was a young girl low voice irritated and annoyed I asked if she could speak a little louder being I can't hear to well and she looked at me "like really" it was disappointing finally ordered and just went along with it other then that place is great feels good to have something like this something that you can relate too read more

Gave it one more chance because I was really excited about them coming to Midland. I understand finding good help is a challenge but what's incredibly frustrating is the lack of listening skills by those employed here. I do NOT order anything fancy I just ask for the sugar free flavoring and a hot drink! It cannot be completed because "they just don't do it that way here!" Complete BS! I hate giving business to Starbucks but they are at least consistent every time you go regardless of which locations and have never given me static about sugar free. read more

Ordered an iced chai tea latte. They were out of "cold lids" so I got it in a hot cup. No big deal. Took a little while to get my drink when there was only one person who ordered before me. My drink tasted very watery as if it was lacking any coffee flavor. When I got home I poured my drink into another cup since the paper cup was giving too much. It just looked like how it tasted. Milk with a slight color (for the chai). It was unfortunate cause the place seemed cool. Lots of cool merch but I wanted coffee. read more

Absolutely NOT !! The vibe in this place has changed for the worst. So sad, this place had a host of employees that were super friendly, much like chik-fil-a. The girl that took my order was bitter and bothered by my asking why they were closed at 9pm on Friday. No cars in the parking lot, just sad. This place WAS really cool. read more

10/10. Their coffee is to die for. The seasonal drinks are amazing. I recommend the Irish Cream cold brew! The service is quick and efficient!
