I ordered 35 large and 15 medium (total of 50) custom t-shirts from Mitchell Graphics last week…read morewith understanding they would be completed by today, Thursday, 13 Mar 14. I picked up my t-shirts today, the 13th, and when I got them back to my store I discovered that the 15 "mediums" were actually Extra Large. I contacted Mitchell and they indicated that would be at least next Tuesday until I received the correct size / order. I expressed that I need the shirts immediately as I told them last week that I need them by today. I could deal with picking them up tomorrow though as I understand employee incompetence. After I told them I needed the 15 replaced by tomorrow for my promotion (which they agreed to last week), I was told that it was impossible and that there is nothing they could do. I expressed to them that I would not satisfied and to "nevermind" as it would do me not good. The Mitchell rep stated "ok because nothing we could do anyway because of time and day". I'm not going to type anymore as I hope that what I indicated above is more than enough to illustrate how customer service to Mitchell is definitely not a concern.. I will make every effort to share this story with every person I come in contact with, I'm not trying to be vindictive, however, Mitchell needs to be aware that they provide terrible customer service after they receive customer payment after the sale. I recently ordered some lawn signs (double-sided, full color with metal stakes included) for a neighborhood event and worked with Brandon to get the right pricing and customize the order. (My brother in law recommended the company, and Brandon specifically.) He was incredibly responsive and made sure I was happy with the proofs. I also really appreciated the online portal to approve the quote and pay the order as well as the informative emails letting me know as soon as my order was ready. They could drop ship it, but a family member was in the area and picked them up for me. Overall, it was simple, quick, and ended up exactly as I'd envisioned! My interaction in placing a custom order with the new owner went well. She's helpful, has a good eye and common sense. She was patient with my requests for tweaks in setting up the order. The embroidery work is done at this location. They offer screen printing, with a $25 set up fee plus the cost of your design. (That's normal at all screen printing places.) My hopes are high and I'll report the end of the matter once I get my jackets back. :)

Eric was friendly, super helpful, and actually began playing with our rough design we brought in, and within a short while, we had a lovely rendition of what is now our sign. This guy knows his way around his software, and it was just joyful watching him manipulate the page to get us what we wanted. Not only that, we then got our sign in well under a week (double sided), and he referred us to a local company who manufacturers scroll brackets which we need to hang our sign. All within one hour of being with Eric. And at a super fair price. What more could one possibly want? We lucked out, big time. And we will be back, that's for sure.
