Yes it is that good. A restaurant is about the experience they create, the service is a key element of that experience. Our waiter was amazing, super attentive to what we want, was always their when we needed him but we never felt he was just hovering over us. Spoke perfect English. He even made us a list of his favorite spots to check out in the city.

The service was not very good and I ordered a steak that took a long time to come out like over 30 min for a steak that was 200g. When it did, it still was raw. I asked for it to be medium and when it came back a second time it was medium rare. It's super overpriced for the food but like I said it has an awesome view. Just do the food bar where you weigh the food.
