Im super annoyed of this salon. I booked an appointment 3 month ago for lash extensions for a friends wedding. I got the confirmation text, and when I showed up at the salon, i waited for almost 10 minutes until someone can help me. they told me that they don't see me on schedule and later on told me my appointment got canceled. What the heck??! At least if you cancel my appointment, let your freaking customers know! I receive no msgs or call about it and apparently there is nothing they can do. If I would have know I would have look for another salon to do my lash extension. I would have get it done before my friends wedding. They just have terrible customer service and I would never go back again. Its just a total waste of my time. read more

I have been going to O'Shay for years and could not speak more highly of her. She always gives my platinum blonde the "icy" look I love! During the pandemic they have worked so hard at keeping their customers safe including staying in your car until your time, temperature checks, masks, gloves, social distancing, and definitely upped the cleaning process. This is a great salon! You can't go wrong! read more

Review is on a massage by Jessica P. She was super accommodating and was able to get me in for a 90min appointment within 24 hours!! Very impressive and much appreciated. Cute little salon/spa. Looks like a residential home from the outside. Inside has minimal, but tasteful decor. The actual massage, however, was pretty bad. I requested deep tissue and only my back neck and shoulders; nothing lower body. The pressure was light to moderate and she seemed to shy away from my knots vs tying to work them out. Several times she missed the knots completely. I asked for deeper pressure a few times. She would press deeply for a min or two and revert back to her normal pace. She ended up doing my lower body, when I asked her not to. After requesting several changes by this point I decided not to even mention it. Super nice girl! I would not recommend this place, or at least Shae, for color. I have dark brown hair, and wanted a balayage that was a tad lighter than my natural hair color. I got an uneven BLONDE ombre. The result I got was nothing like what I wanted or the pictures I showed and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I would only maybe recommend this place if you just need a trim. It's is also pricey. I have never been to a place where you were charged per hour but for myself it was $65 a hour (I was there 2 1/2 hours). The lady checking out in front of me was also charged $65 a hour (she was there for 5 hours) and was told when she comes back to get roots done it would be $95 an hour. This is my 5th time going to get my hair cut/colored by Brittnee and I can not say enough wonderful things about her. She is professional, kind, and listens to my wants/needs. My hair always turns out better than I imagined! I'm so happy with my services there, I'm so grateful I found her my hair has never looked better! I highly recommend her and this salon for great cuts, colors and microblading! read more

Everything that could go bad did at my recent visit to black sheep salon. You know when the stylist turns you away from the mirror while cutting you hair that you are in trouble. I asked for a trim and she layered my hair without asking, thinning it and shortening by at least 3 inches. The color is horrible - so sad - my worst style in years. And she was so brutal, yanking my hair and burning my scalp. Ugh. I wish could turn back time and get those hours and my hair back. read more

The Black sheep salon has a amazing location on DICKSON! Surrounded by everything, the style on the inside provided by the newest owners is modern and chic and fun! Im a a younger student that needed a place i can trust and they did that for me also helping me feel at home! If your looking for great educated stylist give them a try because you will never have to find another salon! read more

After just moving to the area, I had to find a new massage therapist, and I stumbled upon Black Sheep and met Amanda. She did an excellent job, was very professional and helped me relax! Very affordable for the area and I am def going back! She listened and did an awesome job! Highly recommended by someone whom is super picky!! read more

Worst haircut I've ever gotten in my life. It was like the stylist had never cut hair in his life. I had to go to another salon to try and repair the damage that was done. Maybe other stylists here are better but this was definitely my first and last visit to Black Sheep read more

Had a terrible experience here. A few days after I got my haircut I styled it differently and noticed it was a little uneven. Not a huge deal but enough to warrant a fix. Went to the same girl to avoid paying again and it was a huge mistake. Instead of simply evening my hair out she just cut away on the hair on one side of my head and gave me very short and chunky layers but did nothing to the other side. Either she didn't know what she was doing or she didn't care. I'm not one to sweat the small stuff but I've nearly been in tears over how awful this haircut is. read more
