No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a phone appt with the doctor, wherein I had to call 15 min passed the appt time to make sure they had the correct phone number and I wasn't missing the appt somehow. With some fumbling, I was told the doctor would call me back, which she did a few minutes later. Nothing about the conversation with the doctor gave me any semblance of confidence in the program. After some consideration, I decided to ask for a refund as I had not received any services or products (which I paid for in full up front). I spent over a week trying to simply get ahold of someone who could help with the refund. I was promised call backs that would never happen. Eventually I called the actual pharmacy that was to ship my order and had to cancel with them personally. The entire process was entirely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.   No amount of reasoning or apology will change my mind as this behavior was occurring BEFORE I asked for the refund. The level of poor communication and unprofessionalism was bordering on scam territory. I did eventually get my refund, albeit $150 short which, you guessed it, was never communicated to me. I wouldn't recommended this place to ANYone. There are plenty of other facilities to choose from, avoid this one with a 100 foot pole.

Over the course of several sessions, I experienced consistent issues that raised serious concerns about professionalism and reliability. Each visit involved a different technician, the equipment frequently was not functioning properly, and there was inadequate preparation and aftercare following treatments. After my last session, I attempted for months to schedule my next appointment and received no response. I called repeatedly, sent messages through Facebook, emailed, and texted with no reply. I even stopped by during posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. Eventually, I was able to reach someone who informed me that one of their machines was down but assured me they would be operational within a couple of weeks and would be contacting clients to reschedule appointments. That never happened. It has now been over six months since my last treatment. The business appears to have closed without notifying clients or reimbursing prepaid services that were never rendered. I am extremely upset that I paid a significant amount of money for a service that was not completed, and my tattoo is far from fully removed. This experience has been deeply disappointing and financially damaging.
