He had told me twice he was coming out to see it and just didn't show or call. i sent him an email telling him it was fine if he wasn't interested in the car. He texted back that he was and he's like yo come and see it, but the time came and went. He did contact me several hours later and did in fact come and look at the car, telling me how beautiful it was, a lot of people would want it etc. Before leaving, he said he'd have to look up the car and would contact me in 2-3 days with an offer. It's been 13 days, and no word from him. Based on my experience, i would not recommend this business. and wonder if all potential customers are treated with such little respect.

When I got there, I just couldn't believe my eyes! There was wax still caked in my rims, wasn't buffed out well at all,...My T-tops were off so I could see the trim well when I tried to put them on, I could not get them in..They tried forcefully to put them in and couldn't get it..My door handle was broke because it's hard to close the doors now etc..I went off!! It looked worse then before I brought it in!! Told em to fix everything and I will be back..Upon my return,they fixed the handle,got all the wax off, somehow got the T-tops in and ironically screwed me out of more money saying they found an electrical problem which I never asked them to look at..They said to leave the T-tops on so the molding can form,which makes sense..Well last month, after well over a year I finally took them off and guess what??!! They STILL won't go in!!! .. As a very unhappy customer,I was gonna write this letter sooner,but just chalked it up as a bad experience and let it go. But as I was trying hard to get my tops on(which they're still off),I just got mad all over again!!!!! So here's my letter!.. I would never recommend this company ever, I've warned alot of my upscale car friends, and have been seeking someone to clean up their mess! With the amount of money I spent,people tell me to take it back to them but I won't because I'm afraid they will wreck something else..and honestly they did a horrible job!

We went here a few years ago to get a Truxedo Low Pro Tannow cover put on our Dodge Ram. The…read moreinstall went fine and we didn't have any issues until recently. We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.
