All the items arrive in perfect condition with a hand written thank you note from the owners themselves, Matt & Natasha. It was like receiving a gift from old friends. What a great experience. Maybe put a sign on it, like 90% of the other items in the store, if you really don't want people to touch it. But, considering the way they treated the preppy white dude who entered at the same time, I have a suspicious as to why we were treated so poorly. If you're furnishing a museum dedicated to racism and shitty behavior, boy do I have a recommendation for you. Otherwise, hard pass. I was told that their policy was written on their receipt. Ok, but the receipt is produce AFTER you purchase the rug and who looks that closely at their receipt! They should have their return policy more visible and have their salesperson tell the complete return policy! Unfortunately, now I have to buy something I may not be totally in love with, just to use up the store credit!
