We had to have 3 bags of kitchen scraps and cat crap in our laundry room for a week. Then they said our recycling would be skipped and picked up in a MONTH. Oh, but don't worry, they allow for extra recycles to be put out (S). The ice storm was 3 days, THREE days. How do you justify a month long delay caused by a 3 day ice storm. I call shenanigans!
