This contributed to extra charges for the generator. We replenished the fuel close to Lockport. However, we used $25.75 of gas to get to Stylings place of business. They charged us $25.00 labour for refueling. After returning the RV, we suggested it would be nice to have a doormat to clean our feet before entering the RV, their reply was "We would have rented you one if asked". We purchased the convenience package. The kettle looked like was scrounged from the dump. We were told to buy a new one as well as hand soap and submit the receipt. We were already at a campsite and would have had to drive to the nearest city for the purchases. Basically, you pay top dollar for the rental. Then, they nickel and dime you for anything else.

I tried to contact the owners of Styling to find out what they could do for me as the cost for a new motor would be around $4000 to $5000 of which we simply just didn't have the available cash to fix the white elephant. Needless to say, I got the proverbial run around and 'so sorry these things happen'. I offered to sell them back the RV for half of what I paid for it or less and they could put in a new motor and resale. No such luck! I was absolutely disgusted with the after sales service and the fact that they simply wouldn't offer ANY suggestions or help WHATSOEVER considering the fact that we had only owned the motorhome for less then a year. We are retired and living on a small pension. This Motorhome was going to be our retirement! Unfortunately we were forced to sell the unit for $3000 and let someone else repair it. We are out almost $10,000. If you are planning to purchase a motorhome from this company, ensure you get at least a year's warranty and save yourself a great deal of upset and heartache.

The entertainment is incredible, always something happening at the pool Stage/tiki bar/main stage. My family has made so many incredible memories here throughout the years and we are always looking forward to our next stay. The resort let's you bring in your own food into the pool area (no franchise food) and your own alcohol. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the event weekends (Halloween in August, Christmas in July etc) are phenomenal. Staff is friendly and the owners are very easy to talk to. Lilac resort used to have mini golf, and I think they should bring it back!... Yes, I am that old! Just saying in regards to the review mentioning "swingers" that is nonsense, I've been a loyal guest since I was a kid and never seen anything remotely close to a "swingers" hub . Lilac is an excellent family vacation destination. Definitely check it out! You gotta book fast though, usually a year in advance for certain weekends.

Absolutely Disgraceful Experience - Racially Profiled in Front of My Family…read more I stayed at Lilac Resort with my wife and children just two days ago. The next morning, the owner approached me and said the RCMP had instructed him to record number plates of people staying long-term and "doing paving." I found this odd but said no problem. Later that evening, while having a BBQ with my kids, I was approached by an RCMP officer who said I had been reported as a paving scammer. I was shocked. He asked for ID and questioned me -- all based on a false report from the resort. I confronted the owner, and he tried to brush it off, but the RCMP made it clear it was him who called. This happened purely because I'm Irish -- a disgusting and offensive stereotype. I was treated like a criminal in front of my own children, for no reason other than my ethnicity. This kind of racial profiling is not only morally wrong -- it's also legally unacceptable. No one should be targeted because of where they come from. On top of that, I've seen others complain about the number of surveillance cameras around the hot tubs -- which I also found strange and inappropriate for a family setting. I do not recommend staying here. If you care about respect and basic decency, stay away.

I purchased a 1967 El Camino from Pacific motors. The manager Tanner said he was told it was a…read moreframe off restoration. Pacific Motors never checked the vehicle out it was not a frame off but all original with no upgrades. Tanner also said it had AC but he now says he never said that. The El Camino couldn't pass a simple BC inspection. It needs major front end work to make it safe plus lots of other work. I am really disappointed dealing with Pacific Motors, I would have expected a dealership would have at the very least checked the vehicle before even advertising it.

Pacific was the first dealership I checked out. There were some hiccups in getting the Rav fixed but Dave was able to help me out with a rental . He was great. I texted him every couple days after hours and he took time from his family to reply. When I picked up the car it was all cleaned up and Dave and his team installed my plates. This was the first time my wife saw the car and the solid service from pacific. She was nervous what we could buy for low cost but we spent all evening driving around running errands. It was great.
