Now I realized this may not be the store's fault entirely, but it has become very sickening blowing through hundreds of dollars just to end up with the garbage I'm left with. My last laptop would connect to the internet as it saw fit and would completely shutdown wifi at random while all of my other devices work perfectly fine with no decrease in speed. My second last laptop was a fairly decent Asus, around the $1100 range, which was an exact model replacement of my previous one which I had sold to a friend. I loved the original (from future shop in kitchener or waterloo, I forget, either way 5-stars) so much for it's audio that I purchased the exact model again from Staples in my hometown. Not only was the computer set up in the most rushed lazy way (several asus programs not installed, extra keyboard buttons were did nothing and were programmable for some reason) but i had to actually go through and install the graphics card manually AND spend over an hour searching for the proper audio drivers on this "non-refurbished" laptop, which was the only reason I wanted it in the first place. My first laptop from them was an Acer who's harddrive crashed about 3 months in. I will say that they were very decent in letting my use the warranty instead on headphones but that really doesn't fix the problem... So long story short, if you don't care if your laptop works and are in the mood for a $500-$1000 conversation, this is the store for you.
