Just a couch that sits in front of this random case of who knows what but was nice to look at wonder wth is this stuff as I waited lol It's by appointment only so there's no worries as to being close to others with covid. The only people in there besides you of the staff that comes in through the front to the work area. When you come in, you wait in the waiting area and someone will greet you. After the original installation, I noticed several areas of the PPF that I wasn't completely satisfied with. I brought my vehicle back and showed them my concerns. What impressed me was how professionally they responded. They listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and made sure the issues were corrected. I especially want to recognize Ken Hudbud, Client Advisor & Operations Manager, for his professionalism and for making sure my concerns were addressed. Ken made it clear that Tint World stands behind its work and wants its customers to be satisfied. I also want to single out Peter, the technician who worked on my vehicle. Peter did an outstanding job. He took the time and care necessary to correct the areas I was concerned about, and I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work. When someone takes pride in his workmanship, it shows, and Peter deserves recognition for the excellent work he did on my Tesla. I would also like to recognize all of the Tint World employees I came in contact with. Everyone treated me with courtesy and respect and contributed to making this a positive experience. They even asked me to bring my Tesla back in about a month so they can inspect the PPF again and correct any issues should something develop. That tells me they aren't simply interested in completing a job and collecting payment--they are willing to stand behind their work after the customer leaves. To me, good customer service isn't necessarily about everything being perfect the first time. The true measure of a business is how it responds when a customer has a legitimate concern. Tint World listened, responded, and made things right. Because of the way Ken, Peter, and the entire staff handled my concerns, I feel comfortable continuing to do business with Tint World of Fayetteville. In fact, I am now considering having them install PPF on all four doors of my Tesla.
