I waited for another Tow Company, which I wouldn't dare mention their name, for about 3 1/2 hours only After calling every hour on the hour, finding out they weren't coming at all. AnyWho, ONE call to this company and they gave me an ETA of 30 minutes and they were there in 28. The customer service was great, very accommodating, huge truck, which let me sit in the back very comfortably. They got me to my destination and "thanked me for my business " before I could "thank them for their service..." I use this platform more often than not to let people know the companies that I experience and if they should stay away But this is a few times I must say call them call Personally, I will call them first, especially if you're not in a good situation and would like a Tow with great customer service

I returned to find my car gone and was forced to arrange an expensive ride back when I live right down the road. The only reason I even knew where my vehicle went was because of my AirTag tracker. Now I am being told I must wait over 30 hours just to make contact with this company. That is unacceptable. Towing vehicles without cause or notice is not only irresponsible but borders on predatory and unlawful behavior. I fully understand towing cars that are illegally parked, but that is not what happened here. This was a permitted space, and the complete lack of communication is indefensible. I can only imagine how many students and residents have been taken advantage of in the same way. This practice is exploitative, and I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further.
