Great flavors. Great place, awesome staff. Baja is a must! Brian knows his stuff, always makes great recommendations, and Tim's normally in the back whipping up your order. This place has many great flavors (more then any other vape shop i've visited) and a huge benefit is that everything is made in-house after you put in the order. Juice prices are a bit higher but not outrageous, considering its made just for you. Hardware prices are on the high side though, however, this place stands by what they sell. If you have any problems with anything they sell you they will make it right. I've not had any problems but have witnessed a customer come in with something and Tim immediately corrected the issue. Great customer service. One small gripe is that the equipment they use to sample (small ego style pens) are not the best quality, and at times I've not purchased a liquid that I would have probably really liked based off the taste from the crappy pen (usually its throwing gobs of juice at me vs vape) . Tim, who makes the vape juice is nothing short of a genius. Customer service couldn't be better. I've visited other vape shops who sell purchase pre-manufactured juice with cheaper prices but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I like having options with nicotine levels, VG content, and flavor amount. You can even make your own flavor if the +150 doesn't suit your fancy. Everyone is very knowledgeable at Blacksheep and will take the time if you are new to the Vape culture without making you feel like an idiot. Every month they are releasing 5 new flavors. This is a review of the Chicago Heights location. I've been to several shops and Blacksheep has been the best. Their customer service is great and very accommodating to new vapers.
