We had 0 wait time but she spent a significant time ensuring all of our concerns were addressed, prescription was filled, culture was done on the infection, etc. We don't live in the area. You honestly don't know how lucky you are to have such great care and no wait time. At home you would be waiting for hours and have way less thorough care!

There's a separate waiting room for sick children which I thought was very responsible. Registration is digital. It's not just urgent care, there seems to be family practice there as well as a dermatologist, so I'm not sure what to call the facility. I'd definitely check it out if you're just feeling down.

The office waiting area has plenty of seats so you can normally spread out. The check in process is fast and you don't have to wait long to see the doctor after check-in.
