I absolutely love my primary care physician, Dr Lesli Brown!!! She is very thorough, speaks in layman's terms, and takes her time with her patients. I cannot say enough good things about Primecare Family Practice, and especially Dr. Lesli Brown. Staff is lovely. Calls are returned. Online portal to ask questions, refill prescriptions, etc. is functional. Sometimes there are kinks with the online scheduling, but someone is always able to help by phone to schedule. This is full healthcare where patients are known and seen comprehensively. Insurance processes are easily. Billing is as well. Payments available online. Sick visits are made to accommodate schedules. Online visits are available and work seamlessly. Thorough Covid precautions sustained post-pandemic. read more

The most unprofessional doctor office I've encountered!! You guys are the reason people choose Patient First over you. I made an appointment 3 months ago for an 11am spot for Dr. Lesli Brown. 3 MONTHS AGO!!! I was looking for a new primary care doctor in my area and would have loved to have a black woman to be that person. Unfortunately, I will never get the opportunity. They up and changed my appointment to 9:20am without me confirming. Who the hell makes an appointment at 9:20am?? Who even offers those timeframes when making appointments? Just trash!! I missed a whole day of work for this appointment that I didn't get to make! You guys will never get my business. I'll take my insurance and money elsewhere. Received a call back from some rude ass chick (clean) that could have saved her voice and time. I'm taking my business elsewhere ya rude mfs!! read more

I have been a patient of Primecare Family Practice for the past 10 years and they are by far the best primary care practice in the tri-cities. Their new location on Puddledock Road is very big and has a great waiting area. I never have trouble getting an appointment, but if you are a new patient or need a physical it may take longer to get a visit. They do have the a lab service there so you can get labs drawn there. They also have one pediatrician that I take both my children to and she is great. Although for sick visits your child can see any of their providers. The selling point of this practice is that you do not feel rushed during your visits and their doctors seem to really care about your well being. read more

This place is amazing from the reception out front to the nurses to the doctors. I moved my PCP here about a year ago. Chose Dr. Lesli Brown and she is amazing. She owns her patients. She is new, fresh, up to date, great on ideas and has literally caught something that saved my life. 5 stars isn't enough. read more

Stopped in for lab work this morning. The office opens at 8AM, but the lab opens at 7:30AM. I was the first one there. I misplaced my paperwork so the printed me a new copy right then. I was out the door by 7:40AM. Quick and painless! Their system works. Great staff as well. read more

Maybe it is too good! I booked an appointment for my daughter on line and did a screen shot of the appointment. Sent it to my daughter and told her she would get a call. My daughter called me and said that the appointment was cancelled because she was not "local." Well...I guess attending a school locally does not count. She is under my BCBS Anthem, so I don't understand. She was told if she "really" had a problem to go to the ER. Well, I called a few minutes ago and the young lady told me she didn't understand why my daughter was told that but she could not be seen because she was a "new patient." Then there would be a two week waiting period before she could be seen. Hmmmmm... Okay, then there should be something on the website that states "not taking new patients" or "two week wait" for new patients. At any rate, she then said if she needed care to go to another practice. If it was urgent, go to a urgen care facility. This all rubbed me the wrong way. If they are as good as the reviews, my daughter will never know. read more
